Returns & Refunds Policy

At baddyfoxx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions, timeframe, and process for returning products and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product for a refund or exchange if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with all tags and accessories intact).

The product is not damaged, defective, or personalized (unless the personalization is incorrect due to our error).

You initiate the return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
The following items arenon-returnable:

Used, washed, or damaged products.

Personalized products (unless faulty).

Gift cards.
2. Return Process

Contact our customer support team at baddyfox@foxmail.com to request a return. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Package the product securely in its original packaging, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or we made an error (e.g., wrong product, incorrect size/color). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card companies may take 3-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account).
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at baddyfox@foxmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged), and a description of the issue.
We will either send you a replacement product (free of charge) or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs). We may request that you return the defective/damaged product to us at our expense.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
