Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping rates, delivery times, shipping regions, and Customs duty information for orders placed on baddyfoxx.

1. Shipping Regions

We ship to the following regions (subject to change):
  • Europe (all EEA countries + UK)
  • United States of America
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping address, order weight, and order value. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process, before completing your purchase.
  • Standard Shipping: Rates start at  $5.99

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped (not the date it is placed). Processing time (time to prepare your order for shipping) is 1-2 business days.
  • Europe: Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • USA & Canada: Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside your country/region), you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient (you).
  • We do not collect these fees at checkout, and we cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
  • If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost plus any customs fees incurred. We will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs and return fees) once we receive the returned package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at baddyfox@foxmail.com.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at baddyfox@foxmail.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number and tracking number (if available), and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. We will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
